Get the error above when selecting copy. Using version 2.3.2.76. Are there issues with romeo and XP SP3. Seems like things were fine until I upgraded.
Also when I try to attach the romeodebuglog.txt file I get an error "the extension txt is not allowed" How do I attach the debug file?
For now I will send via email to support and attach to it. I went thru the send selection on the error but do not think anything was actually sent.

Please describe error more detailed where it happened, conditions and try to attach the file again. This feature wasn't allowed for txt files.
Also please download latest beta .77 and try to reproduce this bug again if possible.

What file types can be attached? I assumed that a debug txt file would be allowed.
I will download and test 2.3.2.77 beta this eve.

Just tried version 77. Still same failure. Turned off Kaspersky security support still same failure. Did not think that Kaspersky was causing as Romeo works fine on another system with Kaspersky running.

Does it happen when you are trying to copy CD and you are trying to insert destination disk?
It is audio CD?

Sorry for not being clearer.
Happens when I have the source audio CD to be copied in the drive and ready. have tried with mutiple audio CDs. I select copy CD and the normal messages occur. checking for drive being ready etc. Fails after the check for media type.
Error occurs on the source CD read. Have not gotten the message to insert the destination yet as the source has not been read.
Had hoped that the attached file might lend you some help.

Question. I do not normally remove the old version on Romeo before installing the new version. Just let the installer overlay the existing. Should I be doing a remove first? Will try that this eve when I get home.

I removed Romeo thru windows add/remove programs. Rebooted and reinstalled. Rebooted. Still get the same failure with version 2.3.2.77 beta.
