Burn Audio Files to CD

This utility is very new to me and I apologize if the answer I seek is right under my nose. What kind of audio files can I burn to an audio CD which would be playable in any ordinary CD player? MP3, FLAC, WAV, etc.? The help files cover ripping CDA files from a CD but don't seem to offer any other help beyond "Audio Project." Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.

There are WAV, MP3, WMA.
