Main fixes/enhancements:

- Increased speed of loading virtual folders\files in Windows explorer
- Full unicode suppoort
- Resolved win2000 compatibility problem

* Added mapping to readable path (for example "C:\Documents and Settings\av\My Documents\Romeo Projects\Disc Images\Test.iso"
file name user edit and see as "Romeo Projects\Disc Images\Test.iso").
* As default if path/file name located in Romeo Projects - the dialog show "Romeo Projects\..."
virtual folder instead of real path "...\My Documents\Romeo Projects\...".

* Fixed bug in Romeo Shell with duplicating menu items in "File" menu for current folder and selected items (folders/files) (once more).
