What should I do when I got an error?

We would be happy to assist you in resolving any problems you got while using Romeo. When any error occurs you will see the message box with detailed information which is needed for us to provide you with better assistance. There are two ways to provide us this information:

1. If you got problems while burning CD or DVD:

- Press the "Send Error..." button in the Error message box.This will create a new e-mail message with our Tech Support address and error details filled in. You can add your ideas and comments to the message. Just send us this message.

- If a new e-mail window does not appear, Romeo will propose to copy error log to the Clipboard. Please paste it to the e-mail message and send this log to support@romeoburner.com.

2. If you got any problems while using Romeo Projects folder (inside Windows Explorer)

- Please describe the steps in the e-mail to reproduce this problem, version of Windows that is running on your computer and send this message to support@romeoburner.com
